Matthew began his career at Wylie-Crump in 2020, following a variety of industry specific education, and employment at another national insurance brokerage firm.

Prior to his industry debut, Matthew completed his General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Shortly thereafter, he obtained his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation administered by the Insurance Institute of Canada, and then further expanded his understanding of the risk management discipline through the obtainment of his Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation administered by the Global Risk Management Institute.

In his spare time, Matthew enjoys exercising, listening to music, and learning new hobbies.
