You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, lead the delivery of their insurance programs, and work closely with Directors, Account Executives and internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both hands-on and influential — owning client outcomes while helping drive team performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of commercial clients
  • Provide clear, proactive advice on insurance coverage, risk, and program structure
  • Build trusted relationships through consistent, high-quality communication
  • Lead client meetings, including renewals and program reviews
  • Develop and execute renewal strategies in partnership with Account Executives
  • Manage the full marketing and placement process with insurers
  • Analyze coverage options and present clear, informed recommendations
  • Ensure all client deliverables are completed accurately and on time
  • Provide direction and guidance to Account Associates and Account Assistants
  • Coordinate workflows to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable team environment
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes
  • Maintain accurate documentation across systems and files
  • Support continuous improvement in workflows, tools, and service delivery
  • Contribute to new business efforts through strategy, technical input, and presentations
  • Participate in client and industry meetings to strengthen market presence

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years experience in commercial insurance, ideally in a brokerage environment
  • Level 2 General Insurance License
  • Strong understanding of insurance program structure and placement
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships with confidence and credibility
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Effective communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and influence others

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • $90-000-$125,000 annually (depending on experience)
  • 5% RRSP matching after 6 months
  • Paid vacation & wellness days
  • Fitness Spending Account
  • Comprehensive benefits plan
