Wylie-Crump has been part of the Navacord group since 2018. Unifying under one national brand is the next step in bringing our organizations together and enabling us to provide clients with expanded expertise, broader market access and enhanced capabilities while continuing to deliver the local service and trusted advice they value.
Are you still a Canadian company?
Yes. Navacord is a proudly Canadian organization built on a legacy of local leaders deeply rooted in their communities. Our people live, work and give back in the communities they serve, and we keep local teams at the centre of our client experience.
Will you continue to provide specialized insurance expertise?
Yes. Construction will remain at the core of who we are. As Navacord’s Construction & Specialty division moving forward, we will continue to provide specialized expertise and tailored solutions for our clients. The same experienced team will continue to deliver the advice, advocacy, and personalized service that our clients have trusted for decades, now backed by the broader resources and capabilities of Navacord.
Will this affect my upcoming renewal?
No. Any policy renewals, endorsements or coverage changes will continue through the normal process with your existing advisor and service team.
Do I need to do anything?
No. There will be no impact on your service experience and you can expect a seamless transition with no disruption.
Will I still work with the same people?
Yes. You’ll continue to be served by the same team of construction insurance experts.
What changes on November 1, 2026?
Beginning November 1, 2026, you’ll see the Navacord name reflected in our communications, website, invoices and policy-related correspondence. Employee email addresses will also transition to the @navacord.com domain, but you’ll still be able to reach us at our existing email addresses.
Will there be changes to payments or billing?
If any updates to payment processes, banking information or administrative procedures affect you, we’ll provide detailed instructions before those changes take effect.
I have a claim in progress. Is it affected?
No. Existing claims processes will continue without interruption and you can continue working with the same claims contacts and support teams.
