Brian Lawson

Brian has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry, specializing in all things surety.  He began his career as a surety underwriter in 1990 and was instrumental in expanding operations to the westcoast for one of Canada’s largest surety companies. He had worked as a surety broker for 12 years before becoming an owner and managing partner of Wylie-Crump in 2009.

Brian is a Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) through the Insurance Brokers Association of British Columbia.  He was regional chair of the Surety Association of Canada and is an active participant in all of the regional construction associations. He enjoys a good game of golf and the NFL.
