Originally from Croatia, Irena moved to Canada in 2016, where she initially worked in social media management and film production before beginning her insurance career at Wilson M. Beck.

She quickly advanced into administrative roles, managing social media, and eventually transitioning to the Surety team in 2018. Over the years, she progressed from Assistant Account Manager to Account Manager, gaining extensive industry knowledge and developing strong client relationships.

After nine years, she was ready for a new challenge and had always heard great things about Wylie-Crump’s team culture and supportive environment. Meeting the team solidified her decision—she knew this was the right next step in her career.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring nature with her partner and dog, organizing memorable girls’ trips, and spending quality time with friends.
