Jason Harrison

Senior Associate

Jason began his insurance career at Commonwealth Insurance in 2006, bringing 18 years of experience and expertise to our team. With a Bachelor of Physical Education (Sport Performance) from the University of Alberta, as well as FCIP and CRM designations, Jason has a diverse background in the industry.

Throughout his career, Jason has underwritten a wide range of insureds, from sole proprietors to Fortune 500 organizations. For the past 6 years, he has specialized in Design Professional Liability (Architects and Engineers E&O) at Travelers, and the 6 years prior were focused on Construction. He also has experience in Manufacturing, Commercial Property (both Canada and the US), General Liability, and Equipment Breakdown.

What attracted Jason to Wylie-Crump was the people. Having worked with most of the team at various points in his career, he knew they would get along well with them—but more importantly, respects them and the way they conduct business.

Outside of work, Jason loves to stay active, biking and skiing as much as possible, and enjoying the best of the West Coast with his family.
