n 2021, Montana discovered her passion for HR and Recruitment through a co-op opportunity at Western Forest Products, working within the forestry and manufacturing industry. Since then, she has honed her skills in construction-specific recruitment, specializing in leadership roles such as superintendents and project managers.

Before pivoting to HR, she gained valuable experience with the BC Wildfire Service, spending eight years in emergency response, dispatching, and logistics.

Currently, she’s proud to contribute to the Canadian Construction Women (CCW) as a committee member, where she facilitates events that foster learning, mentorship, and networking for women in the construction industry. It’s through CCW that Montana was first connected with the incredible team at Wylie-Crump, with their strong culture, leadership, and growth opportunities inspiring her to join the team.

Outside of work, she channels her creativity into cooking cycling, skiing, and her latest hobby of learning to knit.
