Since beginning his career in the insurance industry in 2020, Naveen has gained broad experience supporting both personal and commercial insurance needs, including hands‑on work with ICBC transactions and Autoplan policies. Prior to entering the industry, he completed a degree and post‑baccalaureate diploma in Hospitality Management, developing strong customer service, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
