Patricia is an experienced professional with a proven track record in the healthcare industry.  This has led to expertise in customer service, issue resolution, and data analysis, as well as valuable skills like communication and teamwork.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Health, as well as a Post Degree Diploma from two universities in São Paulo, Brazil.

After relocating to Canada, Patricia completed a Business Administration Diploma at Langara College. She is fluent in both Portuguese and English and is currently studying the Fundamentals of Insurance to obtain a Level 1 insurance license as she is dedicated to building a career in insurance.

Outside work, Patricia is passionate about cooking and exploring various cuisines from all around the world, as it also serves as a window into people’s culture.
