Shaun Booth

Senior Associate, Marine

Shaun transitioned into commercial insurance in 2019 after a successful career in financial services. With extensive experience in marine insurance, he previously managed a commercial marine portfolio at a local brokerage before joining a global firm as Assistant Vice President in their marine division.

Over the years, Shaun has provided comprehensive risk solutions to a diverse range of clients, including marine terminal operators, commercial vessel owners, shipyards, rail operators, and cargo owners.

Holding a Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership and recent a graduate of the Charter Insurance Professional (CIP) program, he also serves as Vice President of the Marine Insurance Association of British Columbia.

What drew him to Wylie-Crump was our local roots, fantastic culture, strong leadership, and specialized marine practice. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him golfing, traveling, or exploring Vancouver’s vibrant food scene.
